TO DEVELOP CREATIVE SKILLS OF THE COMPANY`S EMPLOYEES. 

To improve corporative communications.

To work out a conceptual united idea for the event and the excursion program.

To work out an original idea of a creative team building and implement it.

Concept

TOWN OF MASTERS.

Such concept brought each guest of the event to the atmosphere of Ancient Russia with its legends, traditions and handicrafts, when each family had its own occupation. Some sewed, some forged, some cooked. In the XXI Century Town of Masters Unilever employees mastered popular and rare, fine and crude, useful and not very important, but always very interesting - handicrafts.

CARVING. PHYTO DESIGN. GRAFFITI.

The trades of the Town were showed in various master classes interesting both for strong men and beautiful women. Here are just some of them: ceramics, painting, graffiti, phyto design, carving and many others. The master classes were combined with a rich excursion program. At the end of the day the guests enjoyed a solemn dinner in Russian national style with favorite traditional dishes (for example, pancakes with caviar).
