TO WORK OUT A THEME CONCEPT FOR THE GETAWAY EVENT.
To unite the team, improve their loyalty to the company.
To organize business and entertaining parts of the event including guests' accommodation, a team building and a night banquet program.

Concept
BYTERG CRAFTSMEN TOWN.
The concept was developed in accordance with the venue peculiarities and based on the theme of Russian original crafts and rites. BytErg invited its partners to learn various crafts and get the key to ancient Craftsmen Town. The venue was characterized by peculiar ancient Russian architecture, so the event was also organized in Russian style.
Details
SAMOVAR ON CONES. WOOD CARVING. SOAP BOILING.
On the first day the head of the company fired up the samovar on cones for dear guests. The tea was not ordinary either - it was brewed on local herbs. Instead of banquet chairs the guests sat on stubs. The light and warmth of a large fire where potatoes were baked united all the guests. The next day the guests milked cows, chopped wood, boiled soap, learned to carve wood, made clay pots and compete in shooting like real Russian hunters.
